Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) – Autism Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist & Behavior Therapist to join its Autism Centre in Baldia Town, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide psychological counseling and behavior therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Work collaboratively with special educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Guide and counsel parents on behavior management strategies and home-based interventions.
• Maintain accurate case records, assessment reports, and documentation.
• Participate in case discussions, parent meetings, and awareness activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities will be preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
