Scope / Purpose of the Position: |

|
Operationalize, administer and coordinate at all levels for successful implementation Primary Healthcare plus Routine Immunization program in the district Barshore Balochistan while engaging efficiently with all stakeholders, complying required supervision services standard in collaboration with Provincial Manager to achieve programme outcomes. |

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: |

1. Contributes towards the overall goal and objectives of PRCS. 2. Works in line with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Principles. 3. Adheres to the Security rules and procedures of PRCS. 4. Respects and observes the Staff Rules & Regulations of PRCS. 5. The employee may be asked to perform duties and tasks assigned by the management as well as to provide support to other departments if so required. 6. Disease Surveillance of the Vaccine-Preventable Diseases (VPDs) and immunization schedule. 7. Motivation through Inter Personnel Communication. 8. Supervision and monitoring of the vaccinators and social mobilizers. 9. Conduction of regular meetings with the relevant stakeholders at UC level and District Level with “Health Facilities Officials, Community leaders/Influencers and WHO, CTC and Health Department officials TSV, DSV and EPI coordinator about project intervention in PRCS selected health facilities. 10. Planning and execution of coordination meeting with Health committee members at UC Level and community elders/influencers and religious leader regarding smooth intervention in the field. 11. Manage the work of vaccinators and social mobilizers in the district. 16. Reporting (Field visits report, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annual and Annual progress reports, Meeting minutes, case studies, success stories and performance evaluation reports). |

Eligibility Criteria Qualifications/Profile / Skills / Knowledge required Master in life sciences (16 years of education) preference will be given to the person who have experience in the PEI, EPI and other health projects. Minimum 03 years working & relevant experience in Immunization Health, Coordination, Reporting preferably with well-reputed National/ International Humanitarian Organizations. Competencies
