Position Summary

The Lead Instructor & Curriculum Development Specialist will serve as the technical lead of the AI Training Program and will be responsible for curriculum design, continuous content enhancement, delivery of high-quality AI training, mentoring participants, supervising practical projects, and ensuring that all learning outcomes align with current industry requirements.

The Lead Instructor will continuously update course content to keep pace with rapidly evolving AI technologies and ensure participants graduate with practical portfolios, market-ready skills, and the competencies required for freelancing, digital entrepreneurship, and AI-assisted employment.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

• Design, develop, and continuously update the AI Program curriculum based on emerging AI technologies and international market trends.
• Review and revise training materials before each batch.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.

Technical Training Delivery

• AI Productivity Tools & Prompt Engineering

Freelancing & Career Development

• Guide participants in developing professional portfolios.
• Mentor trainees in Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms.
• Train participants in proposal writing, client communication, gig optimization, pricing, and digital entrepreneurship.
• Support participants in obtaining their first freelance opportunities.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure consistency and quality across all training batches.
• Review participant feedback and improve teaching methodologies.
• Evaluate learning outcomes through competency assessments.

Assessment & Certification

• Design quizzes, assignments, practical assessments, and capstone projects.
• Develop grading rubrics and competency standards.
• Recommend successful participants for certification.

Industry Linkages & Monitoring

• Maintain relationships with AI professionals, freelancers, digital agencies, technology companies, and universities.
• Recommend guest speakers and organize technical sessions with industry experts.
• Maintain training records, lesson plans, assessments, and participant portfolios.
• Prepare weekly technical progress reports and document achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Digital Media, or related discipline.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience delivering advanced digital skills or AI training.
• Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in generative AI tools, no-code platforms, digital marketing, and freelancing ecosystems.
• Preference: Experience in curriculum design and instructional development is highly desirable.
