A non-profit humanitarian organization is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to support the positive engagement of the interventions. In this position you will provide support to WASH and infrastructure programme. The programme assistant- will be responsible for collecting stepwise visuals (pictures/videos) to verify that activity is carried out as per agreed guidelines. S/he will also responsible for data collection/insertion and reporting of the activities.
Qualification:
Bachelors in Engineering / Masters in Social Sciences
Key Resposibilities:
- Will be primary responsible for reviewing, verifying, organizing and managing feedback pictures and data;
- Understands handpumps, water wells Feedback standards and measures;
- Coordinate and liaison with partners/stakeholders regarding feedback submission and finalization;
- Review all steps of each water source (Hand pump/ infrastructure projects etc) and raise queries/comments in case the feedback is not as per standards;
- Organize all feedback/ pictures in specific folders and verify against standards;
- Share the final/accurate feedback with line manager for his review and further submission;
- Manager and organize programme data and easy reference and access;
- Keep all data/feedback in safe custody and ensure its security;
- Review and check all the project documents as per prescribed checklist/SoP’s
- Collect and arrange programme files and update record;
- Develop primary contents and generate ideas;
- Develop statistical record of all feedback data and present it to the line manager on weekly basis;
- Facilitate and arrange programme meetings;
Perform any other task assign by the Supervisor.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to use computer programmes including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Willingness to work flexibly including field visits at project sites across country evenings/late hour sitting
- Able to complete tough tasks with in the assigned time
- Proactive and able to prioritize tasks
- Work under pressure with minimum errors
- Hardworking and self-motivated
