 HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PAKISTAN is a non-profit organization registered under section 42 of Companies Act, 2017 of the Government of Pakistan. Using a holistic approach, HDF has been working in 05 programs including Social Capital Development, Education & Literacy, Primary Health Care, Economic Development, and Sustainable Environment to address the needs of the marginalized communities of Pakistan. HDF has been working in 40 districts across Pakistan.

Human Development Foundation Pakistan hereby invites interested parties to participate in the public auction of various vehicles on an “as-is, where-is” basis, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Terms & Conditions:

• Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles at the address specified below prior to the auction/offer submission deadline from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding Saturday and Sunday.
• Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC along with complete contact details, including telephone/mobile number and email address (if available) with their sealed bid.
• A refundable security deposit of PKR 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) in the form of a Pay Order drawn in favor of Human Development Foundation (HDF) must be submitted along with the bid. The security deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the auction process.
• The successful bidder shall make full payment of the accepted bid amount within five (05) working days from the date of notification/acceptance of the bid by HDF. In case the successful bidder fails to make the required payment within the stipulated period, HDF reserves the right to forfeit the security deposit and offer the vehicle(s) to another bidder or take any other appropriate action.
• Transfer of ownership/registration of the vehicle(s) in the name of the successful bidder is mandatory prior to collection of the vehicle(s) from HDF's premises. The transfer process must be completed within seven (07) working days from the receiving of full payment. The vehicle(s) shall be handed over to the successful bidder only after receipt and realization of the full payments.
• The vehicle(s) shall be sold on an “as is, where is” basis. Bidders are advised to inspect the vehicle(s) thoroughly and satisfy themselves regarding their condition, documents, fitness, and any other relevant particulars before submitting their bids. No claim regarding the condition of the vehicle(s) shall be entertained after submission/acceptance of the bid.
• HDF/Auction Committee reserves the right to accept a full or partial bid depending on its requirements and the terms of the auction.
• All bids must be submitted in hard copy duly sealed in an envelope and deposited in the designated quotation/bid box at the HDF office.

• HDF/Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason and shall not be liable for any claim arising from such decision.

Note: Bidders are required to register their bids on the prescribed form available at reception and deposit their sealed quotation in the designated quotation box. Only hard-copy bids submitted in sealed envelopes will be accepted.
