As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Marketing & Client Services division.

The Role

The General Manager – Marketing & Client Services will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and leading the account management team.

This is a senior leadership role suited for a results-driven professional with strong industry connections and a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Marketing & Client Services department
  • Develop and execute strategies for business growth and client acquisition
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
  • Set and monitor sales targets for the team
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and guide account and marketing teams
  • Represent the company in high-level client meetings and industry forums

 Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, media, or communications
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong industry network and market knowledge
  • Leadership experience managing client service or marketing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
