Education:
Masters in social science/ MPH or any other relevant field
Relevant Experience:
3 – 4 years’ experience preferably in the field of health sector, INGO/NGO experience will be an advantage.
Job Description:
Conduct frequent field visits to all health facilities to monitor project progress, identify gaps, and provide support.
2) Support implementation of project activities on Health, Nutrition, and MHPSS.
3) Draft project reports, success stories, and other documents.
4) Provide timely data to Program Manager for donor reports.
5) Maintain program files and official documents.
6) Assist in preparation of program-related work plans and budgets.
7) Organize data for monthly, bi-annual, and annual reports.
8) Support Program Manager in identifying needs and opportunities for project activities.
9) Monitor project indicators and track progress.
10) Coordinate with project teams for smooth implementation.
11) Identify and report any project risks or challenges.
12) Assist in preparing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
13) Support in ensuring compliance with donor and organizational policies.
14) Contribute to project documentation and knowledge management.
