A leading Local Organization is implementing a multi‑year EU–PPAF funded programme in Balochistan to strengthen rural livelihoods through livestock entrepreneurship, value chain development, financial & digital literacy. As part of this initiative, Organization is planning to conduct two trainings, 5‑day Training of Trainers (ToT) each, focusing on;

“Entrepreneurship Concepts, Livestock & Poultry Breeds, breed improvement & AI, Livestock Diseases, Feeding & Shed Management, Digital Skills for Farmers, Enterprise Development, Value Chan Concepts, Meat value chain (Fattening), Milk value chain, Skin & Hide value chain, wool value chain, Poultry (Egg) value chain, Digital, Financial & Marketing skills”

Training manual will be provided by the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Trainer

• Lead and facilitate ToT sessions in Urdu.
• Conduct pre & post tests of participants with grading.
• Deliver interactive, participatory training methods suitable for diverse literacy levels, including women and youth.
• Ensure compliance with donor standards and Organization’s training methodology.
• Prepare daily session plans, training materials.
• Maintain daily attendance of the participants.
• Prepare report of the event.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree.
• Proven track record in conducting Training of Trainers (ToT).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with digital literacy and financial inclusion tools

Duration & Deliverables

• 10 consecutive days in Quetta.
• Submission of training report, participant feedback, and recommendations for scaling.
