INVITATION TO BID  – VISIBILITY MATERIALS

Ref: CBM/PROC/ITB/006/2026

CBM Pakistan is an international development organisation committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities and promoting inclusive development across Pakistan.

CBM Pakistan intends to procure Visibility Materials for CBM Pakistan Country Office, as per details enclosed in the attached ITB.

All fields of the attached ITB are mandatory to fill. Incomplete or missing information/documents shall not be considered for further process.

Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, delivery, printing, branding, and designing charges.

Last date for submission of sealed quotations is 22nd May 2026 at CBM Pakistan Office, Islamabad.

Quotations must be submitted via SEALED ENVELOPE through courier with SAMPLES (if requested).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Sealed quotation must be submitted on company letterhead or attached ITB form. Quotations must be SIGNED and STAMPED.

2. Envelope must clearly mention:
   “QUOTATION FOR VISIBILITY MATERIALS – Ref: CBM/PROC/ITB/006/2026”

3. Samples of quoted items may be requested and should be submitted accordingly.

4. All costs related to courier, delivery, transportation, postage, and submission of samples/documents shall be borne by the bidder/vendor.

5. CBM Pakistan shall not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit or delivery of samples/documents.

6. Quotations submitted through email and late submissions will not be considered.

7. All fields of attached ITB are mandatory to be filled and submitted along with quotations.

8. Quotation validity must be 30 working days from date of submission.

9. Delivery time/schedule of supplies must be clearly specified.

10. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST/WHT) and delivery charges up to CBM Pakistan Office Islamabad.

11. Rates should be quoted in local currency only.
