BACKGROUND & PURPOSE

Ideas Consulting (Pvt) Ltd invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and optical service providers to deliver a comprehensive school eye screening service. The program will begin with a pilot phase covering 10–20 schools (~5,000–10,000 students) in Lahore District, with subsequent scale-up to other major cities across Punjab Province.
