Qualification: 

• MBA (Supply Chain Management) preferably with Engineering Degree.

Experience: 

• Minimum 05 years of experince in Supply Chain Managmenent preferably in Oil and Gas (Exploration & Production) Companies.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Word , Excel and PowerPoint)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Custom cleafrance of consignments:

• Monitoring and updating ETA of consignments reaching Karachi / Islamabad other Airport for timely customs clearance jobs.
• Maintaining record of custom clearance jobs of consignments.
• To arrange for custom clearance of import / export shipments.
• Coordination with Government Authorities / Custom Official / Cutom Clearing Agents, shipping Agents for customs clearance of consignments.

Payments to Vendors Outside The Country:

• Liaison with respective Overseas Vendors and Bank in connection with payment against Purchase Order.
• Processing and verification of monthly bills of Custom Clearing Agents / Transporters for payment by Finance Department. Arrange for endorsement of shipping documents by the LC Opening Banks.
• Reveiving of shipping documents for processing payment through LC Opening Banks, Stores / Finance Department.
• To arrange for payment through LC mechanism of Advance / Net-30 days basis after receipt of the required Proforma Invoice from respective Vendors.

Supply Chain Management (Port Handling & Logistics) Functions:

• Maintaining updated status of all consignments moving to Rawalpindi / Islamabad from Karachi Sea Port and other Airports. To arrange for Port handling and logistics for import / export consignments of the Company.
• Handling of Trans-Shipment of Bonded Cargo from Sea Port Karachi and other Airport to Islamabad for custom clearance jobs.
• Maintaining updated status of all overseas Purchase Orders for shipments, payments and customs clearance jobs.
• Follow-up with Overseas vendor for timely shipment of consignments.
