Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field; degrees from internationally recognized institutions are highly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in communication, content writing, reporting, and coordination.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and communication apps such as WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams.
• Strong understanding of social media and other digital platforms for communication.
• Good knowledge of graphic design and video editing software, including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Ability to manage external communication with clients, experts, field teams, and other stakeholders.
• Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a consulting firm environment and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• A positive, proactive, and self-starter mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
