Job Description:
The Sales Officers will be engaged on a third-party payroll and will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our Wall Putty products. The role involves conducting product sampling in housing colonies in collaboration with painters and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit housing colonies to showcase and sample Wall Putty products.
• Engage with painters and customers to promote product usage and benefits.
• Generate sales leads and meet assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Paint or Construction industry. Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG, or Lubricants industries are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in achieving sales objectives.
