CARE Pakistan invites bids for the Supply of Kitchen Gardening Kit in Vehari and Okara.

Note:

• The shortlisted vendors will be requested for sample submission (in Care Islamabad office) and any Proof/Document of the authorized dealers/ distributors to ensure the vendors are/ will procure items from authentic source.
• The vendor selected/finalized for the order will submit the Germination Certificate of the seeds being provided.
• If any vendor fails to submit the required samples or documents .CARE reserves the right to exclude the vendor from RFQ. 

Mandatory Documents to be submitted:

The bidder must submit the following documents mentioned below:

• Signed and Stamped RFQ Document with Quotation.
• Income Tax Certificate (NTN), Sales Tax Certificate (Optional)
• Relevant Purchase Orders must be attached -At least 2 Purchase Orders, each Purchase Order should be more than PKR 2,000,000/-)

Scope of Work:

The procurement includes the Supply of Kitchen Gardening Kit in Vehari and Okara. Full Details for application, item and specification are provided in the attached RFQ document and Annexure A.

Mandatory Notes:

1. CARE reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities based on need and budget.
2. The scope of work may be allocated to one or multiple vendors to ensure timely completion.
3. All unit prices must be standalone and independent of other items/components.
4. Vendors must ensure quick mobilization and completion within stipulated timelines to avoid penalties.
5. CARE reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without providing a reason.
