Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer who will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing the installation and maintenance of MEP systems in construction projects. This role ensures that all MEP works comply with project specifications, standards, and industry best practices, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable projects.

Experience: 12+ years designing and managing MEP systems for major high-rise projects in Islamabad, Karachi, or Lahore.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the integration of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Implement sustainable energy-saving solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and review detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet project specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for MEP installations.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP designs into overall project plans.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of MEP components, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and address any MEP-related issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Perform inspections and quality checks on MEP installations to verify adherence to project requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges.
• Implement energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable solutions in MEP designs.
• Conduct assessments to optimize system performance and reduce operational costs.
• Integrate innovative technologies to enhance the functionality of MEP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of MEP designs, installations, and inspections.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project handover manuals.
• Provide guidance and training to the project team on MEP systems and maintenance.
