KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and Analysis:
- Design and implement research studies, surveys, and assessments to gather relevant data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate statistical tools and methodologies.
- Conduct desk reviews and literature analysis to support program planning and development.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, including baseline, progress, and end-line reports, ensuring clarity and adherence to donor requirements.
- Develop infographics, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings effectively.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to donors, stakeholders, and organizational leadership.
- Collaborate with M&E teams to design data collection tools and frameworks.
- Support field teams in collecting and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Contribute to the development of key performance indicators and monitoring plans.
- Present findings and insights to program teams, donors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the organization’s research and reporting capacity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in research, reporting, and data analysis, preferably in the development or humanitarian sector.
- Strong command of statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, or R.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with donor reporting standards and requirements (e.g., USAID, WFP, EU).
