An International NGO invites application from construction firms for prequalification, forof  its Project for Improving Water and Sanitation Environment and Strengthening Facility Maintenance and Management Capabilities in Communities in District Khairpur Khairpur Upazila, Sindh province.

Interested applicant firms are requestedired to submit their company profiles having following mandatory information;

• Active PEC registration, NTN certificate, STRN certificate, financial documents for last 3-year (Annual Income tax return, last 3-year bank statements to prove financial soundness)

• List of relevant major projects completed in last 10 years along with their completion certificates.

• List of recent projects with amount, expected date of completion and any legal proof of existence (copies of contracts/ completion certificate).

• Details of engineers and technical staff employed with relevant experience and ad list of companies / firm equipment’s.

• Affidavit that the firm neither blacklisted nor involved in any litigation with any client.

• Any additional information that may help to establish the prequalification credentials of the firm.

Rules and regulation:

• Priority will be given to companies having experience in similar projects in Sindh provincedistricts and exclusively in Khairpur.

• The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the companies without giving any reason.
