Federation Handicap International works in around 60 countries in emergency, reconstruction, chronic crisis and development contexts. Since 1982, the association has been working alongside vulnerable populations and in particular persons with disability. 

Federation Handicap International intends to Procure SCHOOL SUPPLIES, BACKPACK BAGS, AND SCHOOL STATIONERY for one of its projects in KP. Quotations are invited from eligible suppliers/companies with valid business registration and experience in relevant categories. Details of items are mentioned in the attached RFQs.

Important Note: Suppliers/Vendors may apply for one or more categories. However, a separate quotation must be submitted for each category applied for.

Following Documents must be accompanied along with attached RFQ.

• Valid business registration certificate.
• Copy of NTN/ GST registration certificate.
• Registration Certificate of Company.
• Relevant past experience of supply School supplies.
• The supplier will also provide the contact information of the clients of the references for confirmation of successful completion of contracts.

Submission Guidelines:

• Quotations must be submitted via official email or by courier (Submission Deadline- 18-June-2025)
• Samples of each item must be delivered to HI Peshawar Office

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Quotation must be submitted on company letterhead or attached RFQ form through email or by Courier. In any case your quotations must be SIGNED and STAMPED.
2. All the field of attached RFQ are mandatory to fill. Incomplete or missing fields of attached RFQ, shall not be consider for further process
3. SAMPLES of each items should be submitted to HI Peshawar Office till 18 June 2025.

6. Quotation validity must be 90 working days from date of submission.
7. Delivery time/schedule of supplies must be clearly specified
8. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST/WHT) and Delivery Charges up to HI Peshawar Office.
