Job Description:

• Identification of potential beneficiaries form targeted villages and to prepare a list.
• Conduct community needs assessments to identify and prioritize areas of entrepreneurship.
• Develop tailored mobilization plans based on community needs and project objectives
• Raise awareness about project goals and objectives among community members
• Build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
• Facilitate community participation in project activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
• Formation of village development organizations in targeted community and villages
• Assist the business development officer in developing the beneficiary’s business plans
• Facilitate the business development officer in disbursement of grants
• Collect the data on the progress of entrepreneurs and identify the challenges and timely reporting to grants specialist and business development officer.
• Facilitate the entrepreneurs in developing their enterprises.
• Prepare reports on mobilization activities and outcomes
• Provide training and mentorship to community members
• Identify and address potential conflicts or challenges
• Adhere to all project guidelines and ethical standards.
