SRSO is seeking a qualified and dynamic professional to lead its Craft & Enterprise Development initiatives. The Manager (CED) will be responsible for driving innovation, market linkages, capacity building, and enterprise development through effective team management and collaboration with artisans and BDGs.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Required Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration, Management, Social Sciences, Textile/Fashion Designing, or a related field.

• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in craft development, enterprise management, or related sectors with at least 02 years of experience at a management/supervisory level.

• In case of a bachelor’s degree in the above-mentioned fields, a minimum of 07 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 03 years in a management/supervisory role.

• SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.

• Hands-on knowledge of craft/product development, research & design, and enterprise development.

• Strong market linkage and networking skills.

• Ability to manage exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and mega events.

• Proficiency in developing strategies, policies, and internal audits.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead CED production, field, and marketing teams for design and product development aligned with market trends.

• Facilitate Research & Development (R&D) to innovate craft designs and products.

• Build capacity of BDGs and field teams through training and workshops.

• Ensure proper documentation, records, and financial compliance (including wage payments via cheques).

• Develop and strengthen linkages with vendors, brands, and customers to expand markets.

• Organize exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to maximize craft sales (e.g., Sartyoon Sang Exhibition).

• Manage and operate the official Shopify website of SRSO’s Craft & Enterprise Development initiatives.

• Develop and maintain the E-commerce store to ensure smooth functionality and user-friendly experience.

• Oversee the administration of the e-commerce store, including product listings, order processing, and customer support.

• Manage social media platforms for the Sartyoon Sang brand to enhance visibility, outreach, and sales.

• Support procurement, finance, and audit teams in CED-related processes.

• Assist in updating CED policy/strategic plans and ensure successful implementation

AGE LIMIT:

• 30 to 45 years (relaxable in special cases).
