What You’ll Do:

Prepare and manage patient and client invoices

Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate billing records
-
Work with Xero and other accounting tools to ensure timely, error-free processes
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–4 years of billing or invoicing experience (remote preferred)

Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
