Terms & Conditions

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted.

• A one-year agreement will be signed with the selected vendor.

• Agency must operate in one or more major cities of Pakistan.

• Must have NTN, provincial tax registration, or tax exemption certificate (if applicable).

• Valid landline number, email domain, and official website preferred.

• Must possess IATA membership and relevant federal/provincial licenses.

• Agency must have a registered business bank account.

• Willingness to offer minimum one-month credit line post-invoicing.

• Transparent cancellation policy with minimal charges.

• Must notify travelers of delays or cancellations via call/SMS/WhatsApp.

• No hidden charges allowed in billing.

• Billing must be inclusive of all taxes (WHT, Sales Tax, etc.).

• Quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees only.

• Must provide fee structure for ticketing, cancellation, reissuance, etc will be required in PKR as a fixed amount.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the travel industry.

• Must have a proven track record with NGOs or INGOs.
