Job Title: Business Strategist – Farming for Health Project

Organization: Vision Health Care Foundation (VHCF)

Location: Pindi Gheb, Punjab (with regular field visits required)

Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month contract (extendable based on performance and project needs)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Strategist to lead the strategic planning, implementation, and growth of the Farming for Health initiative. The ideal candidate will combine analytical, operational, and entrepreneurial skills to ensure that the project delivers sustainable impact and aligns with VHCF’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies that integrate agricultural productivity with social and health outcomes.
  • Oversee and coordinate on-ground operations including land development, plantation, and resource management.
  • Support the setup of agro-based activities and identify potential income-generating opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, identify challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure effective project execution and alignment with goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agroecnomics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business strategy, project implementation, or community-based initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic plans into actionable field activities.
  • Willingness for regular field travel and hands-on engagement at the project site.
  • Familiarity with sustainability, agribusiness, or social enterprise models will be a strong advantage.

Requirements:
