1.1. Request for Proposals – Service Notice
1.1.1. Nutrition International (NI), a non-profit agency dedicated to eliminating vitamin and mineral deficiencies worldwide, invites proposals from competent agencies to regarding Engagement of Media Firm for Videography, Animation and Communication Content Development under the SOPRAN Project.
1.2. Background
1.2.1. Nutrition International, under the SOPRAN project (Leveraging Pakistan’s Social Protection Programs for Adolescent Girls’ Nutrition), being implemented in collaboration with Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) and supported by GIZ, BMZ and the Gates Foundation; is supporting the Government of Pakistan to strengthen adolescent girls’ nutrition through social protection and behavior change initiatives.
1.2.2. The SOPRAN project is being implemented across 7 (seven) Tehsils: Babuzai in Swat (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), Kotli (Azad Jammu & Kashmir), Skardu (Gilgit-Baltistan), Quetta (Balochistan), Jaranwala in Faisalabad (Punjab), Nawabshah in Shaheed Benazirabad (Sindh), and Islamabad Capital Territory. These locations represent diverse geographical and socio-cultural contexts, providing a comprehensive visual landscape for documenting project activities and impact.
1.2.3. This Request for Proposals (RFP) and particularly the Guidelines for Preparing Proposals that follow, are designed to help Respondents to produce proposals that are acceptable to the NI, and to ensure that all proposals are given equal consideration. It is essential, therefore, that Respondents provide the complete information that is requested, and in the formats and on the terms specified.
