Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Content Growth Manaher who can create engaging digital assets, manage social platforms, grow communities, support NFT/token launches, and track performance to drive brand impact in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality digital assets — including graphics, carousels, short-form videos, social banners, memes, reels, and promotional visuals tailored for Web3 audiences.
• Execute daily content production across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and Instagram with engaging, on-brand messaging that strengthens project identity.
• Grow and nurture Web3 communities through consistent engagement, conversation prompts, AMAs, events, and user-driven challenges.
• Support token launches, NFT drops, and campaign rollouts by producing creative assets and coordinating community activation workflows.
• Build and execute weekly content calendars including threads, infographics, explainer visuals, and hype-driven posts for token or product milestones.
• Work with KOLs/influencers to supply them with share-ready graphics, scripts, talking points, and branded assets to amplify reach.
• Moderate Discord/Telegram channels, maintain a healthy culture, and ensure brand consistency across all community touchpoints.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, retention, click-throughs, and asset performance to refine visual and content strategy.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align all content assets with the broader roadmap and narrative.
• Stay updated on Web3 visual trends (memes, aesthetics, hype cycles, token marketing) to produce culturally relevant, high-impact assets.
