Position Objectives:

To facilitate the smooth functioning of office/department in terms of handling daily incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining telephone directory and daily call logs of Chairman Secretariat.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

Responsible of handling Incoming Calls.

To provide assistance in outgoing Calls.

Maintaining/updating Telephone Directory.

Maintaining Daily Call Log.

Conveying Messages.

Coordination with Main Gate Staff for reception of incoming guest.

Any other duty assigned by the HoD/Management.

Education

Bachelors/ 14 years Education from recognized Institution.

Experience

3 years’ relevant experience (Telephone Operator/Customer Services)

Skills/Knowledge

Good Communication Skills.

Basic Knowledge of Telephone Exchange/Call transfer.

Able to understand and speak English.

Able to take responsibility and can work under pressure.

Travelling

As and when required
