Invitation for Quotations/Bids for Auction of Items

HT/HF invites SEALED BIDS/Quotations from interested individuals, firms, companies, and scrap dealers for disposal/auction of the following equipmentss on an "As Is, Where Is" basis:

Inspection:

The disposal items may be inspected by interested bidders during office hours prior to the bid submission deadline at (Hashoo Foundation/Hashoo Hunar Office, Babar Road, Kashrote, Gilgit). Interested parties may coordinate with the Administration&HR Department to schedule an inspection.

Bid Submission:

Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed bids, clearly mentioning the quoted unit rate and total bid value.

Terms and Conditions:

The highest responsive bid will normally be considered for award; however, HT/Hashoo Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
The successful bidder shall be responsible for the collection and transportation of the items at their own cost.
The auctioned items will be handed over only after full payment has been received.
The sale will be conducted on an "As Is, Where Is" basis, and no warranty or guarantee regarding the condition or functionality of the items shall be provided.
Incomplete or late bids will not be considered.
Hashoo Foundation reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw this auction process at any stage without prior notice.
