Action For Humanity (AFH), an international NGO operating in Pakistan since April 2023. The services required for construction of 06 Bio Gas Plant in the targeted areas, including Tehsil Ahmed Pur East, UC Khairpur Daha & Chenab Rasool.

2. Scope of Work

We are inviting quotations from qualified vendors for the Construction of 06 Bio Gas Plant in Tehsil Ahmed Pur East, UC Khairpur Daha & Chenab Rasool.

Note: When quoting rates, please ensure that all applicable government taxes, as well as costs related to construction of Bio Gas Plant.

5. General Terms and Conditions

1. Vendor Eligibility: Must be a registered firm with valid NTN and preferably having past experience.

2. Delivery Timeline: The Construction of Bio Gas Plant Must Complete in 20 Days after Agreement with vendor.

3. Installation of visibility name plaques (size: 1.5” × 1.5” Feet’s). The plaque details will be shared with the vendor at the time of agreement.”

4. All Payment will be made to vendor’s banks account or through cross cheque. 5. ACTION FOR HUMANITY PAKISTAN will deduct all kinds of taxes according to Government rules and Regulations.

6. Late Delivery Penalty: Late delivery not allowed in this project keeping in view the nature of project.

7. Disqualification Clause: Non-compliance will result in disqualification.

8. RFQ rates must be valid for 10th May, 2026.

9. Preference will be given to bidders having relevant past work experience. 10. Procurement committee reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason and it can’t be challenged in any court of law.

6. Required Documents with RFQ

• Copy of CNIC and NTN

• Company Profile and Past Experience

• Quotation on official letterhead with date, signed and stamped.

• Bank Details including name of bank, account title, account number and IBAN required for payment transfer.

• Valid Contact Details:

Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, to ensure smooth communication throughout the RFQ process and subsequent dealings.
