Experience: 15+ years in financial management at leading real estate firms. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure budget adherence and cost-effective execution of development plans.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors for project funding.

KPIs:

• Ensure operational cost savings of at least 10% while maintaining project quality.
• Maintain a debt-to-equity ratio below 1:1.
