Skillfull engineers is hiring a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Inspevtor with at least 5 years of experience in supervising high rise building projects.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical abilities and excellent command over project cost estimation and
• management.
• Expertise in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) preparation and review.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and tendering processes.
• Excellent budgeting and cost control skills.
• Proficiency in rate analysis and material procurement planning.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Understanding of construction standards and site measurements.
• Salary will commensurate with the qualification and experience.

Skills: 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office.

Qualification:

• DAE in Civil.

Age: 25-40 years
