Qualification & Experience:
• Master's degree in HR/Business Administration or relevant field. • 2-3 years of proven managerial experience in HR and Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that support staff performance and institutional development.
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of qualified professionals across all chapters.
• Develop and manage performance management systems, training programs, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and organizational standards.
• Oversee administrative functions including procurement, facility management, transport, and office services.
• Strengthen employee relations, promote workplace cohesion, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring clear communication
