Position Objectives:

He will be based at PRCS NHQ and will be responsible for effective and efficient implementation of Y&V Program at National, Provincial, District and grass root level. To assist PRCS in identifying specific volunteer recruitment and retention strategies and to augment volunteer management so that PRCS is better able to undertake integrated program approach at community level.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

Planning, mobilization, recruitment, training and organization of volunteers and youth groups in the light of objectives of youth and volunteer policy formulated at National level.

Planning and budgeting of annual activities for youth and volunteers in coordination with provincial branches.

Preparation and submission of financial and activity reports in accordance with given time schedule.

4

Keep close coordination with Government departments and other stakeholders including INGO’s, NGOs to ensure successful implementation of Youth and Volunteer Program

Close coordination with National, Provincial and District Branches of PRCS, School, Colleges, Universities, Health departments, Education department & other government and nongovernment agencies to recruit volunteers.

Regular monitoring and evaluation of Y&V Programs to ensure implementation as per planned objectives.

Work out strategies for retention of volunteers and incentives that may be given to them.

Supervise the Establishment of Y&V Task Force at all layers

Supervise the Celebration of RCRC day, International Youth Day & Volunteer Day at NHQ & PHQ’s

Supervise & coordinate with branches for completion of activities under OP and all projects under Y&V Component

Co-ordination and networking with Parliamentarians, Bar council, Chamber of Commerce, Media & other line departments for the image building of PRCS and advocacy for youth and volunteering development at National level.

Perform other duties and functions as entrusted from time to time.

Develop of proposals, appeals and projects for betterment of department.

14

Keep the record of all volunteers of the PRCS in appropriate database.

 

Duties Applicable in General

Work towards the achievement of PRCS goals.

Maintain good working relationship with the staff members of the NHQ and federation counterpart.

17

Perform other work related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Secretary General or National Program Coordinator.

Work closely on the honourable Chairman PRCS Key Initiatives regarding Youth & Volunteering Development

Any other task assigned by the line manager.

 

Qualification and Experience

 

 

 

Masters/16 x years of education in Social Sciences/Management Sciences from HEC Recognized Institution

Min 7 Years relevant experience in  a reputed organization

Age

Maximum age limit 45 years

Preference will be given to candidates having working experience of Managing Youth & Volunteer Projects
