Position Summary:

The Project Assistant will support the Project Coordinator in managing daily operations at the Aminah Protection & Learning Centre. The role involves assisting in project implementation, documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of child protection and education activities for street-connected children.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Support & Coordination 

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. 
  • Support in coordinating with staff, partners, and relevant stakeholders. 
  • Ensure timely collection and organization of project data and reports. 

2. Administration & Documentation 

  • Maintain and update project records, including attendance, case files, and progress reports. 
  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for submission to the head office. 
  • Support logistical arrangements for meetings, training sessions, and field visits. 

3. Communication & Liaison 

  • Serve as a point of contact between the Project Coordinator, staff, and stakeholders. 
  • Assist in drafting emails, meeting minutes, and official correspondence. 
  • Support engagement with UNICEF, local authorities, and partner organizations. 

4. Child Protection & Centre Support 

  • Assist in ensuring the centre operates in line with child protection policies and standards. 
  • Support educational and psychosocial activities for children at the centre. 
  • Help in organizing awareness sessions, training, and community engagement activities. 
Qualification & Experience:

·        Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Education, or a related field. 

·        1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles (preferably in the development sector). 

·        Knowledge of childs protection, education, or humanitarian work is a plus.

·        Strong organizational and administrative skills. 

·        Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English and Urdu. 

·        Ability to work independently and in a team. 

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·      Passion for child protection and education initiatives
